Policies



Check In / Out:

Check in is between 4-6pm. This can be flexible but you must contact The Inn Keeper at 607 766 9973 to make prior arrangements. Check out: 11am. Guests will be charged $25 per hour ( or partial hour ) unless previous arrangements have been made.

Reservations:

A two night minimum stay is required on Weekends. A credit card is required to reserve a room.

Cancellation Policy:

As a small, seasonal business cancellations with out a timely notice and no shows affect us greatly. For single room reservation a 21 day cancellation is required for a full refund of deposit, minus a $30 service fee. Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to stay are responsible for the price of the entire reservation unless the room is able to be re-booked. No Shows are responsible for the price of their entire stay. No refunds for early departure Cancellations made during a holiday or special event weekend are subject to a 30 day cancellation. If renting the entire house it is to be used by overnight guests only. If you plan on having guests that are not staying the night you must have prior approval from The Inn Keeper. Having unapproved guests will result in additional charges. Kitchen is not included when renting the house.

Taxes:

New York State tax of 8% as well as a County Occupancy Tax of 5% apply

Alcoholic Beverages:

Guests are welcome to bring and consume alcoholic beverages with in reason. Every room contains a mini fridge and freezer. Ice, glassware, mixers are not provided by the Inn. Kitchen use is prohibited. Coffee and water are provided in common area, there is no reason to enter the Kitchen.

Pets:

The Inn Keepers have resident pets that will be kept in the owners quarters except for when dogs are let outside. Guest pets will be considered on a case by case basis. A $25 pet fee will be due per visit due to extra cleaning that must be done. Please clean up after your pet. Any damages will be the guests responsibility.
